01Who it is for

SaaS, platforms and POS teams whose revenue runs through Stripe.

Payments code is easy to start and hard to get right: webhooks that miss events, subscriptions that drift from your own records, and migrations that risk double-charging customers.

  • SaaS companies adding or reworking subscriptions and invoicing.
  • Marketplaces and platforms that pay out to sellers or providers with Connect.
  • POS and kiosk products taking in-person payments with Terminal or Tap to Pay.
  • Teams whose Stripe data no longer matches their own records.

02What we do

Stripe work, end to end.

  • Stripe PaymentsCheckout, Payment Element and PaymentIntents, including saved cards, 3D Secure and refunds.
  • Billing and subscriptionsPlans, trials, proration, invoices, dunning and the customer portal.
  • ConnectMarketplaces and platforms: onboarding connected accounts, payouts and platform fees.
  • Terminal and Tap to PayIn-person payments, including native Tap to Pay bridges for mobile and kiosk apps.
  • WebhooksSigned, idempotent webhook handling with retries, so no event is lost or processed twice.
  • MigrationsMoving to Stripe or between Stripe accounts and integrations without interrupting billing.
  • Subscription state driftFinding and fixing places where Stripe and your internal records disagree, and stopping it recurring.

03Process

Audit to monitoring, in six steps.

Nothing goes live until every flow has run in Stripe test mode, including the failure cases.

  1. 01AuditReview your current integration, data model and Stripe account setup.
  2. 02ArchitectureA written design for objects, webhooks, state and failure handling.
  3. 03ImplementationBuilt in your codebase, reviewed weekly.
  4. 04Testing in test modeEvery flow exercised in Stripe test mode, including failures and webhooks replayed out of order.
  5. 05Go-liveA planned cut-over with a rollback path.
  6. 06MonitoringAlerts on failed webhooks and payment errors after launch.

04Case study

Stripe Terminal Tap to Pay in a kiosk app.

Megapos Ltd

Stripe Terminal Tap to Pay kiosk

Problem
Megapos, a point-of-sale company, needed in-person card payments inside a kiosk app whose interface is a web app, while Stripe Terminal Tap to Pay runs natively on the device.
What we built
A Flutter WebView kiosk with a Node/Express backend and a native Kotlin bridge to Stripe Terminal Tap to Pay. The PaymentIntent and its client secret pass securely from the web layer to Flutter to Kotlin, so the payment is collected natively without exposing keys in the web app.
Stack
  • Flutter
  • Kotlin
  • Stripe Terminal
  • Tap to Pay
  • Node.js
  • Express
