Built-in MCA CRM
The platform
Four things stay connected through every underwriting step.
Cevrynt still moves a deal through eight stages. These are not additional steps — they are the four things the platform keeps attached to the file from intake through final review.
- 01
Source Evidence
Every finding can be traced back.
Documents, statement pages, transactions and verification results stay linked to the values and findings derived from them.
- 02
Underwriting Context
The deal stays one story, not eight separate reviews.
Cash flow, business identity, existing obligations, fraud signals and reviewer notes remain connected as the file moves through underwriting.
- 03
Lender Policy
Your rules travel with the deal.
Thresholds, conditions and exception rules stay attached to the review. Cevrynt shows where the file fits policy, where it does not, and where human judgment is still needed.
- 04
Decision Record
What happened stays with the file.
Findings, evidence, policy results, corrections, reanalysis, notes and overrides remain in the same record so another reviewer can understand what changed and why.
Submission to servicing
One record, from the first document to the last remittance.
Cevrynt underwrites the file and then runs the deal. The built-in MCA CRM carries the same record through the offer, the contract, funding and servicing, so nothing is re-keyed between systems.
Underwrite the file
Eight stages, one file. Every finding keeps the page, line or check it came from.
- 01IntakeEach submission lands against one deal, with the merchant, the ISO and every document attached.
- 02DocumentsStatements, applications and IDs are classified and key fields extracted with a link to the source page.
- 03FinancialsTrue revenue, average daily balance, negative days, NSFs, existing MCA positions and stacking.
- 04VerificationBusiness identity checked across the application, filings and bank account, with mismatches shown.
- 05FraudDocument and data inconsistencies raised as signals for a person to review, never as a verdict.
- 06PolicyYour credit rules applied one by one: pass, fail or needs judgment, with exceptions left open.
- 07MemoAn evidence-linked underwriting memo, produced in minutes, where every figure opens back to its source.
- 08Your decisionYour underwriter approves, declines or asks for more. Notes and overrides stay on the record.
Run the deal
The built-in MCA CRM carries the same record after the decision. Nothing is re-keyed.
- 09Pipeline & ISOsEvery deal's stage in one pipeline, with ISO and broker records and their submissions.
- 10OfferOffers built from your own pricing and terms, sent only when your team decides.
- 11ContractContracts and e-signature tracked on the deal.
- 12Funding & servicingFunding, daily remittances, collections and renewals, beside the underwriting that approved them.
SOURCE EVIDENCE
Every underwriting fact can be checked.
Cevrynt keeps the source behind each material finding — the document, page, transaction, or verification result — so an underwriter can verify what the system found before relying on it.

Analysis layer
Turn bank activity into the signals an underwriter actually reviews.
Cevrynt reads the financial evidence as a whole — separating inflows, measuring liquidity, identifying cash-flow stress and surfacing recurring debt obligations. Each finding stays connected to the activity behind it and moves forward to verification, fraud and policy review.
- Revenue & deposits
- Monthly qualifying deposits
- Deposit consistency and trend
- Large or unusual inflows

- Negative-balance days
- NSF / returned-item activity
- Cash-flow volatility
- Existing obligations
- Recurring MCA debits
- Active loan / MCA positions
- Daily or weekly repayment load
- Stacking and repayment pressure
Analysis does not make the funding decision. It gives the next stages a structured financial picture with the evidence still attached.
LENDER POLICY
Your credit policy, applied rule by rule.
Cevrynt evaluates the deal against the underwriting criteria your team defines. Every rule shows the borrower value, required threshold, outcome, and exception — while human overrides remain visible in the deal record.

REANALYSIS & HISTORY
When the file changes, Cevrynt shows what changed with it.
A new bank statement, corrected agreement, or missing document should not erase the first review. Cevrynt re-runs the updated file, compares it with the previous version, and surfaces which financial findings, risk signals, and policy results actually moved.

Questions
What funders ask before a walkthrough.
Cevrynt platform: common questions
What is the Cevrynt platform?
Cevrynt is AI-assisted MCA underwriting software with a built-in CRM for U.S. merchant cash advance funders and alternative lenders. It takes a deal from submission through documents, bank statement analysis, business verification, fraud signals, your credit policy and an evidence-linked memo, then carries the same record through offers, contracts, funding and servicing.
Does Cevrynt approve or decline deals?
Cevrynt scores each deal, with an underwriting score and a fraud score, and recommends a decision and an amount within a floor and ceiling, each with the reasons and evidence behind it. Your underwriter reviews that recommendation and makes the final decision: approve, decline or adjust. Offers come only from your own pricing and terms. Overrides and notes are kept on the deal record so another reviewer can see what was decided and why.
What does evidence-linked mean?
Every figure and finding in the file keeps the source it came from: the statement page and line, the document field or the verification check. An underwriter can open any number in the memo and see exactly where it was read.
Does Cevrynt include a CRM?
Yes. The built-in MCA CRM covers the deal pipeline, ISO and broker management with submissions, offers from your own pricing and terms, contracts and e-signature, and funding, daily remittances, collections and renewals, all in the same record as the underwriting.
How long does an underwriting memo take?
The memo is produced in minutes once the documents are in. How long the full review takes depends on your team, your policy and how many exceptions the file raises.
Can we use our own credit policy?
Yes. Your thresholds, conditions and exception rules are set up as your policy, and Cevrynt shows for each rule whether the deal passes, fails or needs judgment. See the policy engine.
How does Cevrynt connect to our existing tools?
Integrations are scoped with your team before a pilot, based on the systems you already use. See integrations and how a pilot works.
